Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us through our Instagram page. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the shipping details for sending the product back.

Please note that items sent back without contacting us first and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
